Six international months resulted in a job
In autumn 2018, the agricultural graduate Benoît Goasduff journeyed from France to Denmark, where a six-month tailored internship at DanHatch awaited. Throughout his education, Benoît had specialised in poultry production but he wanted more practical experience working on parent stock farms.
For Benoît, the internship was a good start to his career. Today, he places particular emphasis on the insight and knowledge gained when he followed the consultants around the company and on visits to partners.
“I had an exciting and educational internship at DanHatch. I experienced how a large modern agricultural company works in practice and I got an insight into the role of the consultants - both within the organisation and at the chicken farms that we work with,” says Benoît.
In the course of the six months, Benoît experienced many DanHatch departments and areas of work: He met the management, collaborated with the consultants and helped in poultry houses and at hatcheries. And when the internship had been completed, he was offered a position in one of DanHatch's French subsidiaries. Today, he is still part of the organisation and is employed as a production consultant.
