DanHatch Finland appoints new CEO
DanHatch Finland has appointed Hanna Hamina as CEO with effect from June 26, 2023, as the current CEO Erik Puttaa has chosen to resign from his position at the end of June.
During the last eight years, Hanna Hamina has been the managing director of the Finnish Poultry Association, where she has collaborated with producers (including producers of parent stock for broilers), authorities and other stakeholders within the poultry industry. Furthermore, for the past seven years she has been involved in a poultry project in the developing countries as a volunteer for an NGO.
Hanna's educational background is in social sciences and economics, which she studied at the University of Jyväskylä. Privately, she lives on a farm in Eura with her husband. Here they have produced broilers and grains and had forestry for over 20 years.
About her new position as CEO in DanHatch Finland, Hanna says:
"I am very excited to join DanHatch, to learn more about the company, and not least getting to know all the employees".
DanHatch Finland wishes Erik Puttaa all the best in the future and would like to thank him for the good cooperation and his great contribution to the development of the company.
At the same time, we look forward to the future collaboration with Hanna Hamina and to welcome her in DanHatch Finland.
