New Group Strategy: Hatching the Future 2024–2029
85 years of experience in producing and hatching chickens for broiler production form the solid foundation of DanHatch’s business. With the new strategy Hatching the Future 2024–2029, DanHatch Group is ready to take the company to the next level and continue its growth in a responsible and balanced way. This will be achieved through an increased focus on partnerships and synergies within and beyond the value chain. At the same time, interdisciplinarity and unity across the Group's countries and departments will play a significant role.
Hatching the Future is based on a strategic ambition for DanHatch, as a leading European poultry company, to secure a responsible production of healthy chickens to meet the increasing global demand for animal protein. To achieve this strategic ambition, it is crucial to balance the four Ps: People, Product, Planet, and Profit.
The strategy highlights the importance of unity both internally in the organisation and in collaborations outside the company. Sharing experiences and ideas across borders and disciplines will strengthen internal cohesion, while external partnerships will help create new opportunities for the future.
DanHatch Group has developed the new Group strategy in close collaboration with its subsidiaries in the countries where the company operates. The next step will involve local strategy processes in Denmark, Poland, and Finland, which will lead to specific focus areas tailored to each market.
